_dddd_eeee_rrrr_oooo_ffff_ffff - remove _nnnn_rrrr_oooo_ffff_ffff, _tttt_rrrr_oooo_ffff_ffff, _tttt_bbbb_llll and _eeee_qqqq_nnnn constructs

DDDDEEEESSSSCCCCRRRRIIIIPPPPTTTTIIIIOOOONNNN
The _dddd_eeee_rrrr_oooo_ffff_ffff command reads each file in sequence and removes all _nnnn_rrrr_oooo_ffff_ffff and
_tttt_rrrr_oooo_ffff_ffff command lines, backslash constructions, macro definitions, _eeee_qqqq_nnnn
constructs (between _...._EEEE_QQQQ and _...._EEEE_NNNN lines or between delimiters), and table
descriptions and writes the remainder on the standard output. _dddd_eeee_rrrr_oooo_ffff_ffff
follows chains of included files (_...._ssss_oooo and _...._nnnn_xxxx commands); if a file has
already been included, a _...._ssss_oooo is ignored and a _...._nnnn_xxxx terminates execution.
If no input file is given, _dddd_eeee_rrrr_oooo_ffff_ffff reads from the standard input file.

_----_wwww Generate a word list, one word per line. A `word' is a string of
letters, digits, and apostrophes, beginning with a letter;
apostrophes are removed. All other characters are ignored.

NNNNOOOOTTTTEEEESSSS
_dddd_eeee_rrrr_oooo_ffff_ffff is not a complete _tttt_rrrr_oooo_ffff_ffff interpreter, so it can be confused by
subtle constructs. Most errors result in too much rather than too little
output.
_dddd_eeee_rrrr_oooo_ffff_ffff does not work well with files that use _...._ssss_oooo to source in the
standard macro package files.
